Al Excelentísimo Presidente de los Estados Unidos de América: Barack Obama.

                                   Ante la Venta Leonina de Citgo.

Le prevengo al Excelentísimo Presidente de los Estados Unidos: Barack Obama, que la venta de Citgo C.A es ilegal y perniciosa a los intereses de Venezuela y de los Estados Unidos, ya que los compradores de Citgo atentarán contra los intereses de Estados Unidos porque tendrán que adaptar las refinería a un nuevo patrón de refinación perdiendo la estrecha amistad de un siglo con Venezuela, se agotará más rápidamente las reservas de gas esquistos, ya que se desviará a la producción de gasolina y diesel y tendrán que buscar un nuevo proveedor.

La venta viola la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, ya que debe ser aprobada por la Asamblea Nacional, ya que transgrede La Ley de Hidrocarburos vigente, que debe ser modificada, para ello debe ser enmendada la Constitución;  debido a la ilegitimidad de la actual administración por la represión, de darse un Golpe de Estado: el nuevo gobierno no reconocerá dicha venta por su ilegalidad y lo perjudicial a los intereses venezolanos porque no podremos colocar nuestro petróleo pesado en ninguna parte. 

Debido al acuerdo que llegué con su Excelencia le prevengo que habrá una gran agitación en los Estados Unidos, de darse esa situación lamentable con mucho gusto los ayudaré siguiendo los lineamiento de su Constitución.

I warn His Excellency President of the United States: Barack Obama, that the sale of Citgo CA is illegal and harmful to the interests of Venezuela and the United States, as buyers of Citgo shall prejudice the interests of the United Statesbecause they have to adapt to a new pattern refinery refining losing a close friendship with Venezuela century, will be depleted shale gas reserves more quickly, since it will be diverted to the production of gasoline and diesel and will have to find a new provider.

The sale violates the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, as it must be approved by the NationalAssembly, and transgresses The Oil and Gas Law, which should be changed, it should be amended to the Constitution;due to the illegitimacy of the current administration for the repression, be a coup: the new government will not recognizethe sale of its illegality and harmful to Venezuelan interests because we can not place our heavy oil anywhere.
